Otto von Bismarck was caught in a turbulent splish-splash while navigating by bathtub in a bottle from Roland's mailart call to mine...perhaps he surfed the wrong tidal wave or was bitten by a shark..hmmm, we can only wonder!
We know that the Post sent it back to Roland and then he sent it to me again, after restoring it!
